• Are you a manufactory or trade company?
We are a professional manufacturer with more than 10 years’experience in Shanghai City, China.
• How and how long can I get the samples?
1) The sample fee is free if it is our design, but you need to pay the freight. Also, we can make sample according to your design and your requirements. But the sample cost will be needed.
2) The sample time is about 4-6 days. Moreover, it will take about 4-7 days to arrive at your door.
• How much the transportation freight of samples?
It depends on the weight and packing size and your area. I will check it for you before sending the sample.
• What is the difference between a matte and a glossy finish?
1) Matte is a dull finish without gloss or shine.
2) Gloss is bright with shine.
• Can we have our logo or company information to be printed on your products or package?
Sure. They can be shown on your products by Hot Stamping, Printing, Embossing, UV Coating, or stick a label on it.
• How to order?
Please send us your purchase order by Email, creat the Alibaba order directly, or we can send you a proforma invoice for your confirmation. Information as below is needed.
1) Product information: Quantity, Specification (Size, Material, Artwork, Technology and Packing requirements, etc)
2) Shipping information: Your company name, Phone&Fax number, Address, Destination
The following guidelines are helpful to us, but not necessary for us. Almost any image will do.

3. Cut path - all files must have a separate layer named "cut path" with a 1pt stroke so our machines know where to cut.
4. Fonts-all fonts outlined, we will make a proof and confirm with you before mass production.
